Disappointed in the finished quality. Seems more brownish than black.

Most of this cabinet is solid wood and is very heavy. That much is true. The overall build leaves much to be desired. The doors do not align so one of them can't close properly, likely because of the weight of the cabinet causing the overall frame to warp, or the hinges weren't installed correctly. There is ALOT of glue residue along the seams and gaps of the cabinet. Unclear if this is expected from factory or was damaged, fixed and being resold? Quite a few dents and scratches as well which kind of leads me to that theory. The inner shelves can be adjusted which is nice, but the tradeoff is having ugly holes that you'll want to cover up. Overall I'm pretty disappointed for how expensive this was and what you get.
