I ordered in black. It’s beautiful

TBH, it appears to have greenish hues and even neon yellow upon a closer look. Not the “grey” I was expecting as shown in the image above, which is quite a disappointment - especially for the price.

This item has over 200 5-star reviews for a reason: it is a substantial and attractive piece of furniture for an unbelievable price! The faux shagreen is well done, and we found that ours had a light gray finish that was true to the listing photos. The doors open easily, close securely, and are well aligned. The metal frame bottom feels sturdy, as do the shelves inside. If we had one complaint, it's that ours needed to be aired out for several weeks; it came with a very strong, unpleasant odor, (noticeable only when one of the doors was open). Overall, we are very happy with this purchase. (Note that our photo reflects a quartz top we had added to deter our cat's play activities, so it will look slightly different than the actual piece as purchased).
