Butler Specialty Company warrants its products to be free from defects in material and workmanship under normal use and service for a period of twelve months from the date of shipment. Natural variations in color, texture, physical distressing, and other inherent features of manufacturing, as well as material characteristics, are not to be considered defects. Subject to the above limitations, Butler may authorize repair or replacement, at its option, any part(s) of the product covered by the warranties which do not perform properly within the applicable warranty period because of defects due to faulty materials and/or workmanship. Claims under these warranties must be made by reporting any problems to the retailer where the furniture was originally purchased by the consumer who originally made the purchase. Proof of purchase is also required for warranty validation. This warranty does not cover costs of transportation that would otherwise be incurred by the consumer. Product quality is taken very seriously by Butler. We use the finest materials and superior workmanship to ensure that our furniture provides consumers with many years of use and enjoyment. We thoroughly inspect our furniture prior to shipment so that it may be judged ready for lasting performance, and can ultimately be used and enjoyed for years to come.
