I want to recognize two outstanding delivery professionals, Israel and D, who delivered a very heavy daybed to my home yesterday morning. They arrived right on time, were incredibly professional, and handled the entire delivery with exceptional care. They took great care to protect my home and property while moving such a heavy piece of furniture, and their attention to detail did not go unnoticed. Beyond their professionalism, they were genuinely kind, courteous, and respectful to me and my family throughout the entire experience. It's rare to receive service of this caliber, and I truly appreciate the pride they clearly take in their work. I hope Israel and D receive the recognition they deserve for providing such excellent customer service. They are a wonderful reflection of your company, and I sincerely thank them for making the delivery such a positive experience.

Beautiful bench, but beware it is huge! Almost the size of a twin size bed

Great piece, very comfortable.

This item arrived today, and overall I’m very happy with the quality. A couple of items to note - the frame feels more like resin though the description says it is solid wood. I believe the straps are PU and not real leather, but the cushions are super weighty and comfortable.
