My fiancé and I had been enjoying our new dresser for the past few months until we discovered that the entire interior and back plate was covered with mold. It’s not possible for us to tell if there was mold upon installation as the delivery crew set it back against the wall and we just assumed it was fine, however, my fiancé had developed a doctor diagnosed mold infection in her lungs that started right around the time this dresser shipped. I strongly suggest anyone ordering this cabinet have a look prior to accepting delivery, and for JossandMain to seriously perform some warehousing QA to prevent this.

This piece is so beautiful. It is solid wood and very sturdy because of it. Heavy as well. This piece came in one piece so there is no worry about putting things together. This also happens to be a slight downside as I have been unable to move it to my master bedroom yet. The only thing wrong I noticed is one of the drawers is a bit sticky. But all the others open very smoothly

We received the Kaplan 6 drawer dresser in the “natural” color. We had been searching for a good quality dresser that was constructed with solid wood. This dresser is both solid and manufactured wood but seems to be sturdy and high quality. We received the full service delivery. The delivery team was professional and courteous. They delivered the dresser fully assembled up a flight of stairs. The 6 drawers slide out easily and are spacious. They are lined with a black velvet like material. The bottom right drawer is slightly harder to close than the others but it is not bad enough to be a big deal. The dresser looks great and seems like it will hold up well for a while!
