I really love the look of the chairs. To be honest, they are a bit low and the back is also low, but a throw pillow was an easy fix. Despite all of that, I highly recommend them. They are visually stunning and appear to be very well made.

I would not recommend purchasing furniture online from Wayfair. The return costs are outrageous, and customers are left paying the price when a furniture item simply doesn’t work in their space. The membership program also feels misleading because it suggests better customer support and buyer advantages that were not delivered during my experience. Once the furniture arrives, the excessive return fees make customers feel stuck. I’m so frustrated with this process that I’d rather share my experience publicly on TikTok and see how many others have dealt with the same issue.
