Fauteuil Berthe

Love! From the subtle texture of the oak wood grain to the velvet seat and backrest, these are comfy, gorgeous and statement chairs. I love the simple mcm design; colors are true to the photos on Wayfair.

Love the shape and proportions of these chairs. They feel really warm and elevated without trying too hard. The oak finish is beautiful, the upholstery looks high-end, and they work well in both modern and more organic spaces

I like the chair enough, but the velvet gets discolored very easily and I don’t know why? I didn’t put anything wet on it or damage it in way, but discoloring just appeared in patches. Not sure how to clean it or if I even want to keep it.

I got the green color and the color looks better in person than online. I have used these chairs before in other staging projects and I cant wait to use the green ones as well.

This chair is beautiful. The wood grain is stunning and pairs beautifully with the russet velvet. This is an arm chair not a lounge chair. I don't anticipate long periods of sitting and reading in this chair, for example, but as an additional chair in our living room, it is just right!
