The chair is absolutely beautiful and comfy!! I only gave it 4 stars because the transformer came broken. While customer service was quick and friendly, the repair solution didn’t really suit my level of competence.

I love this chair although my son seems to have taken over the chair. Its very nice to beable to rock and recline. It also makes it easier to swivel around when leaving the chair. It is a big plus around and very comfortable.
