Jose and his crew was very helpful during the delivery process. They recognized we were still under construction and discussed not want to assemble the bed so it would not get damaged, but Wayfair declined. They check all the products and placed it in the room. I would work with Jose 100 times again for his caring value.

Beautiful, solid, heavy bed. Be aware that assembly is a bit difficult as it’s very heavy and there are lots of parts (ex: 5 huge boxes were delivered to our house with the various parts). So only buy if you’re capable of moving large, heavy objects. I had to have my husband and his brother work on this.
