It’s very nice but I would recommend a box spring, otherwise it’s very difficult to change the sheets. The material in the headboard is beautiful.

The bed is beautiful however, one of the rails to support the bed came with no holes drilled into it. I called the support number on the instructions and it was in a different language. I called Joss & Main directly but they would not promise help for 48 hours. I ended up drilling the holes myself which was not easy but at least I was able to construct it and not go through the ladder of boxing the whole thing up. I do not know if this was isolated but the lack of customer care was very disappointing.

Beautiful bed, took about 30 minutes to put together.

bed is great just the wrong size

My client was underwhelmed by this purchase. The headboard seems lower than it appears in the photos. The new mattress is positioned so far down into the bed platform, making it almost impossible to put the fitted sheet on.
