I was surprised at how good the quality is and the feel and look of the faux leather.

Its perfect! It is exactly as described and photographed.

We have only had it for a year and we have had to fill it up with beans once (not cheap) and now it has a rip in it. This is not from topping it off with beans. The quality is just not good.

I loved the look of these when they were new, but about a year in and they’ve lost all their fill, they’re horribly saggy and not really attractive. We do have kids that definitely used them well, but I wasn’t expecting them to totally deflate.

Very disappointed. Pouf lost all “poof” after a few months. It is now a very deflated ottoman that sits dejected in the corner. I should throw it away, but am frustrated by the price I paid for it so am hoping to find something to effectively stuff it with to help it regain its shape. Very disappointing, would not recommend.
