I LOVE this table! Perfect for my space and sits comfortably! It is well made, and the quality is fantastic.

Dear Wayfair Management, I am writing to file a formal complaint regarding the unacceptable delivery and assembly experience I had today with my order (#4266656295). The delivery crew arrived without the assembly instructions, causing stress and making the experience terrible which is not what you advertise. When they contacted customer service for assistance, the representative was unhelpful and disrespectful. She said and I quote “the white glove and assembly is not something you paid as it is included so I can send the instructions and you find someone else to assemble it”. As a customer who specifically chose Wayfair due to the included assembly service, this response was deeply concerning. It also contradicts the information provided during the purchase process. Furthermore, the crew left my home with the table disassembled in my living room. They returned after 20minutes as they discovered a missing piece in their truck, further extending the process. Most importantly, the assembly was incomplete. They were only able to secure the table with four out of six screws, leaving it potentially unstable and unsafe for my family. Attached are photos documenting the incomplete assembly and damaged screws. I request immediate action to address this issue. I would like a qualified technician to visit my home to properly and safely assemble the table, additionally I want to submit a formal complaint to wayfair service as this is unacceptable and really stressful.
