Esthetically it’s a 5 star but functionality it’s a 2 star. The arm rest sits too high and makes you feel “trapped”, it’s hard to get in and out of the chair. You have to keep chair at an angle to get in and out. Also the arm rest hits the countertop so it can easily get scratched. I don’t recommend this barstool.

I love my new counter stools and matching dining chairs! My husband usually leaves the decor up to me and doesn't say much, but this time said the chairs and stools were very nice! These chairs are just what I was looking for as I'm going for a mid-century look. The chairs seem to be well made and are a good weight and I expect to own them for several years.
