Chaise longue capitonnée en velours

The chair is lightly made. It “looks” nice but the frame does not feel strong. Every time I sit on it or slide up on it makes a sound underneath the arch. Not worth 282. Wayfair customer service is ridiculous. I had paid the 79.99 for someone to come and assemble it but they had made a mistake at first . The angiWayfair was a total waste of time as I never had that account in existence. I had message angi customer service and they had no recollection of me being on their schedule. Then I wanted to return the chair because I told Wayfair that they didn’t service me well or lost information about the assembly part. I had received an email from Wayfair that they had Wayfair assembly but that the next day was not going to work so they rescheduled. I didn’t want this chair after their mixup with the Angie service but instead I got a friend to come assemble it for free. So I told Wayfair to refund my 79.99. Which I did but I will not buy from Wayfair ever again and their customer service I rate a zero.

I love it. My son told me its a therapist couch because I am social worker.

So beautiful. I love my chairs, and this is exactly what I was talking about. I’m absolutely in love with that chair it’s amazing.
