The connector that connects the chaise to the couch is bent and unusable, the right back leg is also damaged and the wood its supposed to attach to is also damaged, its been less than 5 days since it arrived , contacted Wayfair got the run around which is funny because I paid for the 3 year warranty so this should have been solved today but now they told me I have to wait to hear from the manufacturer to see what they say , like just replace the defective chaise its not difficult to understand 1500.00 and had less than a week for a couch I can’t use , would not recommend. Also I highly doubt this couch was ever worth 4000.00 def a sales tactic im sorry I fell for. Notice in the pics how slanted the leg is and how wonky the wood is and how bent the piece that attaches the sofa to the chaise is. This sofa arrives in 2 boxes so I don’t know why they just dont send a replacement but don’t waste your money.

the middle section headrest is now laying flat back and cannot stay in an upright position. this part is not electronically connected. unsure how this happened as we have no pets, who jump on things and we are seniors. Wayfair could not help us. Outside the 30 day window.

The delivery was seamless and timely. So far, the sofa is very comfy. The reclining and USB functionality is also on point. I hope everything holds up and continues to look good.
