The chair was lovely but description of chair states that the arms of the chair are fixed/flip up which is not accurate. They are fixed but do not flip up. Dealing with the delivery from Wayfair was not pleasant. Ordered the chair on 12/5 for a Christmas present to be delivered Dec 11. Never received the chair on 12-11. Checked tracking and it was obvious that the chair had not moved. Online it said I had to wait until 12/20 to check in with Wayfair if not received. I tried a chat to explain this was a Christmas present and if I waited that long it certainly would not be delivered in time. Was told they could do nothing until 12/20. I checked everyday up to 12-20 and it still had not moved. I chatted again on 12-20 and I was told my options were to cancel order completely or cancel order and have Wayfair reorder. I chose the second option since it was a present and it was too late to order anything else. Wayfair told me it would be delivered 12-26. That was obviously too late for Christmas! I then asked for a monetary compensation. They did give me a percentage off but I was still out a Christmas present. 12-26 came and went without delivery. Deliver did not happen until today 12-28. If my concerns were addressed when the product did not deliver on 12-11, chances are I would have had the product in time for Christmas and none of this would be an issue. It was just poor customer service all around.

This chair is extremely comfortable and provides excellent back and neck support. It was definitely a worthwhile investment.

Love the chair! Great back support. Can work hours on the computer without tiring. Wonderful gift for person who works at home!!!
