This review will consist of two parts. What I think of the recliner so far is it is what I expected, comfortable and it survived shipping arriving in good shape. All the moving parts are OK and the remote is working properly. Now for the full service delivery: The photo supplied is where the driver dropped off the chair, on its side I might add. I set it up right to remove it from shipping container. 1. Room placement Nope, dropped on front step box wouldn't fit through door. 2. Appointment scheduling Late on four hour window and no phone call 1 hour prior that was stated. 3. Assembly and Set-up Not a chance. No delivery team, only one driver who wanted me to sign paper before I could check for damage and he took off as soon as he could after dropping off chair. 4. Debris removal No because he didn't set up so I have to get rid of all the cardboard. 5. And finally the $99 dollar option (I received it free) I got absolutely no value. I ordered from Wayfair because of this service as I am 77 years old and have trouble putting things together now and lifting heavy items. My suggestion to Wayfair is make sure when you give the item to a third party is make sure they will supply the service that was paid for. So for the moment 5 stars for the Recliner and if I could give less than 0 for delivery service I would.

Great chair for my husband

Excellent recliner for larger person. This is my second Lazy Boy leather recliner. Daily use for many years made the first one wear out visually but was still comfortable. This is almost an exact replacement with added feature of the handy remote control with presets. Lumbar support is a great feature as well. I’m very pleased with my decision to purchase this recliner.

Love this chair, very supportive and comfortable.
