This is the most comfortable recliner I’ve ever sat in. Cushions are both soft and supportive and the fabric is very comfortable. The full recline goes all the way back so I feel like I’m in bed - great for a nap. I bought this for my dad who had hip replacements and needs the extra help getting out of the chair every now and then. The high quality powered lift mechanism gives me confidence he won’t get stuck or hurt himself trying to get up.

Delivered in a weeks time and easy delivery. So much quicker than purchasing directly from Lazy Boy.

The wire that moves the footrest broke after only 8 months of use. Wayfair is picking up the broken one an replacing it for no charge. It's a bit of a hassle, but Wayfair is doing a nice job with standing behind the product they sold us.

Very professional and courteous delivery. The driver alerted me 30 minutes before arriving. The team was careful and set up the chair for me. They also cleaned up and removed packing. I am very pleased with their service.
