Pretty disapointed with this entryway bench. It is very cheaply made( I guess I should have known that from the start). The instructions were less than helfpul. Some of the pieces were marked 5,7,6. Common sense would say 5,6,7, but no 5,7,6 were the correct numbering for putting pieces together, so we wound up with the middle panel backwards. Thankfully my husband figured out a work around to save the product. It was mostly all put together by this point. In addition, we got brass colored hooks instead of the darker color hooks. When reaching out to Wayfair, the manufacturer was unable to provide the correct color. So now we need to paint existing hooks or try to find new ones that fit. The brass does not go with the other silver tone hardware. However, I will say Wayfair's customer service was pretty good and did provide a 25% credit towards the purchase price.

Easy to assemble, sturdy, especially higher end appearance than expected. Love the bench and all the storage capabilities. Would purchase again!

I love how this looks in my entryway. The only Minor change is the color of the hardware, I wish it was matte black or gold versus the silver. Other than that I love it.

My husband used to be a carpenter and it wasn’t easy to assemble. Hooks were bright gold- not black as pictured. Knobs were silver. Not the greatest quality but also pretty inexpensive.

We're unable to submit a completion review because items were received damaged. This seems to be a consistent problem with wood products from Wayfair. They are not properly packaged and, therefore, damaged during shipment, so we're waiting for customer service to assist in replacing the damaged parts.
