The bookcase is a good well made bookcase. But unfortunately the shelf to shelf height measurements given by wayfair or the manufacture which ever is it, is incorrect. Which turned out to be a huge disappointed because my aunt and I are into home decorating and she especially because this was for her home likes her house to look streamline and picture perfect. I purchased this bookcase for my elderly aunt who collects statues that are 19”. Thanks for my craftiness I decided to leave a shelf out during constructing this unit and display the statues in such a way that the unit did not look “off balance” regarding shelving. The shelf to shelf height is actually 17” inches maybe even 16”inches and some change. I would have packed it all back up and returned it but she is entertaining family and needed a quick home for these statues. This has caused me to now second guess purchasing from wayfair because although I have purchased many pieces in the past with no problem, I am now wondering just how many pieces out there on wayfair are Incorrectly labeled regarding measurements. I will be calling wayfair and letting them know that this unit is incorrectly labeled as shelf height 20”inches. It is actually 17”inches. I hope I save someone else the stress. I am also going to call wayfair about this.

Perfect bookcase for the space I wanted to fill! Great look and easy to assemble!

Five stars for its heft and ease of assembly. 2 stars for inaccurate description of both the materials (described as wood - it is mdf/fiberboard) and the color. In the website's photos, the wooden shelves have a warm undertone; in real life, the tone is a tobacco brown. Sadly it doesn't coordinate as nicely with our wood trim. If I hadn't picked them for the color, I would not be so disappointed.

These turned out to be much better than I expected. Easy to put together. They are doable and look good as a multiple unit!
