Beautiful book case and easy to assemble. VERY HEAVY!

The book case is nice, but as mentioned by others, not the color shown in the photos. Customer service on this was awful. I had been waiting for months for a price break on this, but finally gave up and ordered it. Two days later, and before I had even received it, it went on sale for $80 less. I contacted them through their computer chat to ask them to honor the sale price and was told a human would get in touch with me. A month later I'm still waiting. Probably my last large item purchase through Wayfair.

This bookcase was easy to put together because it’s mostly done for you. It is a rich color and the doors slide easily.

Glad I took a chance on this product based on the favorable reviews, as it would have been difficult to return if it didn't work out. The quality is excellent - real wood throughout, and assembly was a breeze! The base and top are in one box and the entire cabinet is already assembled in the other. You just attach the base and top, pop in the sliding glass doors and start using this excellent quality piece. It will hold my vintage turntable, CD player and stereo receiver, along with a large collection of CDs. It fits the vintage vibe of my 1920's bungalow perfectly, and I could not be more pleased!

This is a high quality piece of furniture -- well designed, well made with good quality, nicely finished wood, and was well packed in two separate boxes to keep the shipping weight to a manageable level, thereby minimizing the possibility of damage. Assembly was minimal and easy with clear instructions. Given the weight and size, I question the practicality of stacking two or three units, but they are definitely structurally sound enough to do so. One of the best mail-order pieces of furniture I have ever seen!
