I bought these I thought they might work well at each end of our table. They don’t match our brown but since there is a set of two it looks nice. They make me think of white wash finish and are a brown gray color. The description says brown. They are sturdy wood but not too heavy. It is a comfortable seat for me. It is harder to find chairs that fit since I am 5 feet tall. The back also comes with a slight curve to it. I am very happy with this purchase.

The Michalann Solid Wood Ladder Back Side Chair in brown looks great in our farmhouse kitchen. Well made and very solid. My one complaint is the color. I ordered it in brown but the color is a little grayish, green. I plan on painting over the color it came in but otherwise its a great solid chair.
