Commode 6 tiroirs en bois rétro avec large commode de rangement avec poignées en métal pour la chambre à coucher, le salon et le couloir

⭐ 1 star — Wrong size, wrong color, defective product, and terrible customer service I ordered a 58.3-inch dresser and received one that measures only 47 inches. The color was also different, and the dresser arrived defective. I never used it. To make matters worse, I’m having trouble getting my money back. The system closed the support conversation without resolving anything, leaving me stuck with a defective product and no refund. This dresser is extremely heavy, so taking it to a shipping location is not a reasonable solution. I requested pickup for the return, but the issue remains unresolved. I paid for one product, received something completely different, and now I’m left to deal with their mistake. Completely unacceptable.

Summary: Good color, style, & function; but wrong size compared to original listing information Reason for One Star Rating At the time of ordering this dresser, the "At a Glance" & "Product Specifications" sections listed this dresser as having an overall width of 58.3", height of 37.8", & depth of 15.7". At the present moment, the pictures of the dresser in the "Product Dimensions" section still reflect this, despite the information in the aforementioned "At a Glance" & "Product Specifications" sections having been updated to show the actual dimensions of the dresser I was sent. (I am sure the pictures will be updated in due time as well, but I took screenshots of the original listing information, as I suspected it would be changed after I reported a problem about the dresser.) The original listed size was my deciding factor in choosing & ordering this dresser over others, so I was extremely disappointed when (after having assembled most of the dresser) the suspicions that started to form as I was assembling it were confirmed; it was indeed much smaller than the dresser I should have received. Style & Performance of Dresser I was sent: If I were to review this dresser as merely a smaller version of the dresser I initially hoped to receive, the styling and "performance" met (if not exceeded) my expectations. For the sub-$250 price I paid, I wasn't expecting top tier quality. I knowingly prioritized function over form, but I ordered this dresser believing that (at its original listed dimensions of 37.8" H x 58.3" W x 15.7" D) it was the best looking dresser for the price and purported size. The computer generated pictures in the listing gave a fairly accurate depiction of the dresser's styling and color, so your expectations should be met in that regard. The instructions were straight forward and no parts were missing. According to the instructions, the estimated time of assembly is 60 minutes for a team of 2. (This is probably true as when I did have someone to assist me in constructing the dresser, we went through the steps rather quickly.) I am not a stickler for gaps, so everything was symmetrical enough for me. So far, the drawers glide quite smoothly. The drawer interiors are basic but as good as you would probably expect faux-wood to look for a sub-$250 dresser. Because I received a dresser that was much smaller in size than what was originally listed, it is hard for me to evaluate the depth and width of the drawers for future buyers who have the expectations of buying this dresser at its updated dimensions. With that said, the drawers are (expectedly) shallow; a stack of two thin undershirts/t-shirts is probably the maximum you can fit in depth-wise in order to still smoothly close the drawer. The number of shirts you can fit across each dresser probably depends on the overall size of the shirt and your folding style. The one small issue I have noticed so far is that the alignment of two pieces that form the bottom right corner of one of the drawer facades is slightly off. I just put that drawer as one of the bottom drawers so it's less noticeable. All in all, if you intend to purchase this dresser at its newly updated dimensions of 29.2'' H X 47.2'' W X 15.7'' D, I expect you will be pleased. (However, if like me, you had purchased this dresser with the expectations of its original listed dimensions in mind, its overall good quality simply cannot overcome the reality that it in no way meets what initially was promised and, consequently, what I expected to receive.)

Great quality, sturdy, stylish furniture that was easy to assemble and looks amazing! Worth the price.

Took awhile to build, but it was so worth it! Beautiful dresser!
