Too low to the floor and it's not really comfortable enough if you want to sleep on it... as most people tend to do. I'm now also realizing I don't like that the cushions are not attached.

Not very comfortable. Seat and back cushions are too hard! Ok to sit but lying is uncomfortable. Wish there was something to be done w bottom cushions to soften them. Disappointing!

Couch is great. Customer service is terrible. I had a problem with one of the zippers on the couch cushion breaking. I called Wayfair and told them of this problem and they passed me off to the manufacturer. I got the replacement parts ordered through them and gave them my current shipping address. When I finally received my tracking info, it had the wrong address listed. I spoke to the manufacturer and gave them the correct address again. Now today I call in to Wayfair and I am told the parts should be delivered on 4/12 but to the wrong address. Now I have to wait another 3 or 4 days to hear from the manufacturer again about my shipment. This is ridiculous!

Ultimately sending it back, it’s stiff, low to the ground, the fabric isn’t performance as noted, and it’s got a kind of shallow seat which makes it tough to relax. Looked nice, but not for me.
