Nice furniture but came damaged

This is a huge inconvenience. Nice furniture but it came damaged.

Sofa is nice. Recliner function does not work, so, its just a regular couch with a high price tag. Avoid purchasing without assembly. Its too big to be returned. Wayfair support is getting worse and they have no resolution for my problem. Delivery took almost a month after multiple phone calls back and forth. Avoid larger/bulkier items from Wayfair.
