A great product for the price. A bit firm and needs to be broken in and one of the pieces will not stay attached but we are trying to figure that out. The recline is deep - almost laid out and that is very comfortable. Leather looks great and it is soft to the touch. Overall a great product. Nice first couch for my son’s first apartment.

Very easy to set up! I love the soft brown color and neutral piping. They’re really comfortable as well.

There was one of three I spoke with that had Wayfaire’s and my best interest to heart. The other two; and the automated phone system were beyond frustrating when all that was needed was a little common sense. I think her name was Linda. She was a light in the darkness. We shared our frustrations about FedEx. You need to find another carrier. I’m in the transportation business, have been a traffic coordinator in the past, and could run circles around your current contractor blind running drunk. The first order, Wayfair transcribed the address wrong. FedEx delivered two of three boxes to wrong house. Third box was damaged and brought back. Expected Friday delivery put off till Monday. Two replacement boxes delivered to neighbor across the street. His porch was flat and ground level. Neighbor brought boxes to house. Thursday or Friday, one week later two more boxes arrive. The other end cap is scheduled to arrive Monday. Sitting in the couch, I’m talking about the right arm rest and recliner. Looking at the couch up against the wall; it’s the left end cap recliner. We were promised the replacement couch, that piece,and were initially told that wouldn’t arrive till April 15. Thank you. I would feel better if you would allow me to buy that end cap. We had ordered from Wayfair because my wife has always had such confidence in your products and services. We had donated the couch prior to arrival to make room. We had no place to sit with company from out of state with us that weekend.

There are no hidden cup holders even though it states it ! Made well comfortable seems very well made
