Describe the Issue: The fabric in the front of both arms of the chair look like they were ripped and hand sewn and also tacked in place. the right arm where they attempted to sew and tac the fabric in place actually has a bit of chipped wood showing. There are a couple of loose metal tacs inside the storage area on the left side, where they attempted to attach the fabric to the wood. There are also 2 6 inch black plastic strips, one was tacked to the front lower right side of the the arm and another piece was tacked to the lower right side of the back of the chair. Was able to get great customer service resolution

The quality of this sofa/sleeper is exactly what I ordered! It sits firmer than I thought but not uncomfortable. The storage area underneath is large and a plus. The sleeper part is easy to lay out. Overall, I’m very pleased with the product. The service to assemble the sofa/unit on the other hand, was not good. The first crew did not assemble it correctly and didn’t quite seem to know how to put it together. I had to contact Wayfair as I knew it was not done right, couldn’t even sit on it! I requested them to send another crew to resembled it correctly. This took more time and effort than I desired, a couple of additional weeks. However, Wayfair made sure it was taken care of and completed to my satisfaction. They listened to my concerns and made this right in the end. I will still order other items from Wayfair as they graciously corrected the issue and genuinely appreciated me as a customer.

Upholstery Color:Beige
First, it is anything but beige! Taupe at best but more graige. I did a chat after ordering to make sure it was beige, not gray like the pictures show online. The customer service rep could not help. The two men who delivered were nice but they had issues putting it together. There were no instructions. After trying one way and another, they got it put together after my husband told them they had it backwards. It is firm to sit on but it looks nice and decent quality. It’s in our seasonal home so won’t get a lot of use. Hoping it holds up and anxious to see how it does as a sleep sofa. That was the main reason we replaced our old sofa bed.
