Our chairs exceeded our expectations. The quality is very nice and assembly went better than we expected.

I purchased new chairs for my dining room set. I was very impressed with the quality of the chair although the color is a darker cherry than the rest of my set. However, the delivery was terrible. I was so dissatisfied with the customer service depot. Two chairs were delivered and three others sat in the warehouse for several weeks. Scheduled delivery was made two times and both times items were not delivered. I still have one more chair that supposedly should be delivered May 17. Can’t figure that one out. Items are still available on Site.

I cannot put chair together because there were no directions in the package.

Overall, the chairs are a good quality ( not very good). Delivered completely un-assembled to save on shipping from warehouse. However there is quite a bit of assembly ( attaching arms, legs, two main pieces together and various screws, bolts, dowels. Figure on at least thirty minutes per chair including sorting all the pieces, bolts, screws, dowels. More of a project for those handy with tools. Chairs ended up being a good match to desk I previously purchased.

The only reason to not give it a 5 star review is the chairs are quite heavy to move to and from the table.
