I ordered 6 chairs to complete my dining set but to my disappointment 3 chair backs were damaged,possibly due to rough handling during transportation,lm not sure.I informed Wayfair and they did not disappoint,within a week l had replacement chair backs,However 2 more parts were defective and within another week they delivered replacements and now my dream dining set is complete and l couldn’t be happier,table and chairs all from Wayfair are sturdy and expensive looking.Thank you Wayfair for your quick response, now my family and guests will enjoy meals at the table.Much appreciated.Amazing service.

Expensive and absolutely gorgeous!

I was sent two broken chairs that were returned before and they were both broken I never got my table that I ordered I was sent a completely different table I ordered a table that sits for 8-seater but I was going to keep it as a six-seater and take the middle piece out they sent me a table that was really tall and a four seater I wasn't very happy at all Thanksgiving is coming up about my table would be here before then it would have been had they sent the right table now I won't have a table forThanksgiving very sad I'm going to try to hurry up and see if I can find one but I'm such a picky person that I don't think I'll get one before that date the table that I ordered from Wayfair was absolutely gorgeous my taste but it's also a table that I won't and didn't get to receive on their end that's where the mistake was and just think I was going to order this bed for 11,000 almost $12,000 but my first impression was a bad one so my mind says there should not be a second mistake on me and my money you want people to shop from you you have to be good and produce good product and the right products thanks and may God bless you all
