Chaise d'appoint rembourrée Chianti (Ensemble de 2)

These are beautiful chairs. They were well packaged and easy to assemble. They are a perfect match for the Annora table that we purchased from Wayfair.

They look nice, but one of the buttons on the chairs has come undone, and not sure how to fix.

I ordered two sets of new chairs. One set came with the leg snapped off, which was replaced. The other set was clearly “open box” missing tools, instructions, the screws were stripped and in an ziploc. All the parts were thrown in the box without plastic wrapping. I know because I ordered two sets so I know how they came packaged. The fact that wayfair tried to pass off these chairs as “new” when they were obviously open box is unbelievable. The price differential is substantial and had I wanted open box chairs I would have ordered as such. It’s a scam to send people open box and charge full price. There was no resolution when I contacted customer service. I will no longer be ordering from wayfair after being a loyal customer for many years. Buyer beware.

Love, Love, Love these chairs. They are better than I expected. Very sturdy chairs and have the weight of an expensive chairs. They are also very comfortable and the color is really nice.
