Really nice and easy to put together! Love how firm the padding is!

Three chairs were ok. However, a chair leg on one chair of the 4 had a connector that would not accept the screw. I requested a replacement August 6th but never received one. See attached photo and paperwork screenshot. Really unhappy. Customer Service please follow up? Thanks, Heidi

Love the chairs, easy to assemble by myself.

Really great chairs. Sturdy, nice fabric. They were easy to put together although a couple did have to be adjusted, but they included instructions for that. The only drawback has been an odor coming from the cushions. We received them a week ago and the smell is lessening after spraying with Febreeze once, then sitting them outside for a few hours on a nice day, then spraying them again! It’s still not completely gone, but isn’t so noticeable when you walk into the room!

Total disappointment! With only 3 days of use, it breaks with my 2 year old son who weighs not even 40 pounds! Want to know how are we going to solve this
