Terrible quality control each time and Wayfair refused to switch the shipping Agent, Fedex Ground. Manufactured wood for certain parts and damaged every time. Do not buy this Boltongate piece unless you like cheaply made and beat up furniture. The boxes these chests arrived in were embarrassing to say the least. Shipped from Vietnam and that shows. If you buy from this collection, I would recommend the only items in this collection that are solid wood, the bed, 8 drawer dresser and nightstand. We purchased those and they arrived in perfect condition.

Very nice. First order arrived with broken mirror and numerous chips in wood. Wayfair shipped a replacement that is good. Looks great. Love the handles and smooth drawers. Hate that Wayfair does not pick up the defective original--we had to dispose of ourselves.

This is a beautiful piece of furniture. Sturdy. Lovely details. I am so very pleased!

The chest is beautiful and was exactly what I needed. It came already assembled which was an added bonus. I would have given it a 5 except that the mirror was detached as 3 of the 4 brackets to hold it in place were broken. I notified them and had to send pictures as they didn't have them listed in their parts list. Hoping that I get the right ones.

while the drawers are dovetailed, they are actually boxed drawers attached by screws to the front plate, that is, the sides of the drawers are not dovetailed to the front panel of the drawers. the slides stick at times, fresh after delivery, so i'm a bit concerned that i'll have to lubricate them soon to ensure no sticking. advertised online price has now been cut 40 dollars - effective means to disappoint a customer. delivery was one week later than promised initially, resulting in a delivery 5 days after Christmas instead of 2 days before.
