There was some slight damage on the bottom at the feet of the dresser, and I was disappointed that the scroll on the bottom of the dresser did not match the scroll on the headboard of the bed that I purchased

This product came to me in splinters. Pieces started falling out of the box as soon as I took the tape off. It was an open box, but if you read what open box means , it is not an unusable item. This item can't be fixed or used. Nothing is salvageable. I'm trying to get help, but just keep getting pop up that says non returnable. 10 years I have been looking at this set and just started buying the pieces. Unbelievable.

Beautiful, however I ordered 2 and one is very dark and the other is very light. NOT happy and will request a return after the rest of my order arrives to see what color it is.
