I'm so very disappointed the sofa is so beautiful on website.I received my sofa it has a pink hue and shinyness about it and clash with my decor it is very difficult to put together hinges doesn't match up. I will return it really don't want too but waited so long for a sofa.Not what I expected at all. I don't like to do returns.

We ordered this and a matching loveseat. They use the same assembly system, which is a real pain. It requires you to have 3 people on hand or to brace pieces against walls or other furniture in order to attach the sides to the back piece. The pillows that come with it are garbage. However, now that it's assembled, we like it. The fabric seems durable and it's comfortable to sit on. It's firm, which is a pro for me. I don't like sitting on couches that you sink into and can't get out of, and the firmness provides good back and neck support.

The color was not grey as expected especially in the daylight. It definitely has more of a brown hue than grey.

One side is 2" higher than the other, and some stitching was detached. Hard as a rock. Had to return.

I wouldn't have thought the sofa would have to be assembled. Beautiful though.
