These are absolutely beautiful chairs and they make the entire room look and feel elegant.

I am a designer. I prefer working with a designated group from a company which produces a cohesive transaction. Tanner Garrity was helpful and assisted me in getting a wonderful sample of the chair and ordering the chairs. Problems developed once the chairs arrived. Handy did a poor job of assembling the chairs. About a week after the assembly the arms of the chairs started coming loose causing a visible separation. Also it was discovered that one leg on one of the chairs was shorter than the other three. Coordinating Wayfair Customer Care and Handy to resolve the problems was chaotic. Wayfair was requesting photos of the arm separation and Handy was trying to reschedule another assembly at the same time. I received emails from Wayfair and Handy addressed to my client but intended for me as the designer. My client experienced the same mix up with emails referring to the wrong person. This made for much confusion. Between Wayfair and Handy there was no cohesion in getting the problems resolved. I also felt it diminished my professionalism with my client on this job. On a positive note I was glad that Wayfair replaced the chairs. Bottom line for me was that too much time and frustration had been spent on such a simple transaction.
