I love these chairs EXCEPT for the wood trim. It is horribly aligned on all pieces. Yes, it is under warranty but no shipping is included so it will cost too much to have it fixed. Very disappointed in that aspect. Also, the underlining on one chair was totally ripped but that was easily fixed with a staple gun. Im going to call wayfair and see what my options are in terms of this trim.
