My review is based completely on my experience with customer service. My Executive Chair, which is nice, was delivered broken. The white glove delivery team apologized, made numerous pictures and told me I would hear from Wayfair in 2-3 days about receiving a replacement. After waiting three weeks with no response I decided to reach out to customer service today. I was in text and telephone conversations over 1 hour and 15 minutes, sent new pictures in, only to be told no one could help me. Needless to say, I am frustrated and highly disappointed. I am suppose to receive a call in 3 days, but I am not going to hold my breath. It has been three weeks. I guess this is why you should shop local where you can get quality customer service. Still waiting…

Good chair comfortable easy to si and swivel and back relax smooth easy to clean rolls smoothly

Absolutely beautiful leather executive chair! I purchased this for my husband that is 6' 4" and it gives great thigh and back support. The price was extremely reasonable, try to find another genuine leather executive chair for this price.

Initially ordered gray but received a dirty brown. After three swaps, I finally ordered brown, even though it doesn't match the gray desk.

Beautiful chair! Delivery was great and chair is super nice and comfortable. Not a true black. More Grey brown.
