I adore my new chair- goes perfectly with the Damore sofa I got from Wayfair- comfortable and stylish piece!

My husband put the chair together and it is sturdy and very comfortable. The leather is soft and smells so good. I ordered the brown leather. I also ordered the leopard rug from Wayfair. It is wool, pretty colors and nice and thick.

Unbelievably Poor Quality Control and Slow Vendor Response (Missing Chair Back Frame) I purchased this chair that arrived missing the entire back frame—a crucial component for any chair. I reported the issue on Sunday night, providing detailed pictures right away. By Tuesday, the manufacturer finally reached out, only to ask me to resend the same pictures. After doing so, I had to wait until Thursday just for them to ask if I wanted a replacement. Really I had to chase them down to resolve an issue with a 700 chair that was practically unusable out of the box. The lack of quality control is unbelievable, and the slow response time was incredibly frustrating. It felt like I had to beg for them to acknowledge the issue and provide a solution. If this is the kind of experience you want to avoid, stay away from this vendor. Do not purchase! Stay away from this vendor.
