I have been looking for a chair for a long time. The chair that matches my loveseat is far removed from my price range. I wanted this chair because in the previous owners photos it looked very similar to the chair that I needed. However, this chair was open box and I was scared but it is perfect condition and the color is very similar to my sofa. I got this chair at 1/3 of the cost and it has more features like the power and lift. It’s firm and not too small and not too big. I almost feel asleep. It’s just what I need.

My chair was delivered on my front door step. I am 75 and couldn’t move it. Finally got it moved and put together. I noticed the left arm was loose. After looking under it the wooden frame is busted. Will you please replace it or refund my money. That’s a lot of money to me. B. Loftis

I was confused upon seeing this chair delivered because it didn’t look like the listing picture, but when I clicked on the link the picture changes, so that was weird HOWEVER this is a magnificent chair. It reclines smoothly and does its job well to assist with standing. (I am not old but will get there someday.) The lumbar support is great and the fabric is a nice faux leather and super easy to clean. It feels cool to the touch but it’s so cozy and comfortable I could nap in it.

Came nicely packed with no damage. Is quite heavy, very easy to assemble and to use. Is quite comfortable. Quite a buy at this price should be a little higher in price. Very nice addition to any home. Note abt two days later it started acting like it’s going to fall when you lower it. Vendor has agreed to issue a new one if I return this old one. I did not save the old box so I’m stuck with the broken chair. Update. Company sent a new chair so I used the box from the new chair to replace the old chair. Vendor did not issue a pick up so I had to higher someone with a truck to drop the broke one off at fed ex. Not the best experience but the new chair is working fine.

I got this for my mom who has issues with her knees as she is getting older. This is a wide chair and very comfortable. She likes that it is motorized and has a remote even though having it close to an outlet can be limiting.
