Nice quality but it is not comfortable. Ended up returning the item.

Chair looks nice but wasn't a good choice. It is not comfortable in the reclining positions. 6 months old with average use and it has pilling on the arm rests. Again, looks good but not a great pick for relaxation.

This was the only swivel recliner I could find that did not also rock or glide, which is what I needed for my elderly mom, as the rocking/gliding would make it impossible for her to get out of the chair safely. I needed the swivel for my living room so the chairs could face the couch or the TV which is behind them. Love the electric recline plus USB and USB-c chargers too. These chairs checked all the boxes for me.

It's a nice looking chair and works perfectly. I just don't find it has a lot of lumbar support.
