The chair has its own bag! Genuine leather with a nice comfy feel. The recliner is full power and can be plugged or charged and will work on battery. The only things I’d call out is the bottom flap you have to pull hard on to fasten it close using Velcro. Also, I feel a little high in the chair maybe due to it being new and firm. After some wear and tear I should be able to snuggle in nicely.

The chair itself is very nice. No damage and came very well packaged. The only thing is, I am unable to figure out how to get it to recline. Customer service stated it has to fully charged in order to work. Haven’t tried yet but that’s annoying to me since it’s plugged in

I got this for my mom as she will soon be having a mastectomy and needed a power recliner. This is what my mom has to say about it The recliner is classy, beautiful and so comfortable! The mechanism is easy to use and it’s so convenient having a specific button that brings the entire chair back to its original setting. The charger port is a real bonus. Specifically for me, I would say the only downfall is that the seat is so high that with a person of short stature (me) the chair is uncomfortable as a ‘regular’ chair because my feet don’t touch the ground. However, a slight adjustment elevates my feet to a place of comfort. Overall, a VERY nice, and functional, piece of furniture!

Very comfortable and top quality leather. Headset inflates and deflates with one of the buttons, which is a good feature IMO.

Bought this for my husband to replace a faux leather one that was starting to look worn. We wanted black and nothing bulky, so we narrowed it down to this. There were absolutely no instructions included which was frustrating though easy enough to put together but you have to figure out it on your own. It does needs to be charged before first use, didn't take long. Hubby says it's comfy, which I realized since he falls asleep in it practicably after he sits down but says arm rests could be wider. He loves the adjustable headrest and footrest. Only negative for me is the leather where he sits is already getting tushy marks and he's not a heavy man. Overall, a good buy when on sale.
