The chair is beautiful and looks great in our living room. Though described as brown, it’s basically a very dark red, which fortunately is fine for our living room color scheme. The main downside is that it’s very difficult to get into the reclining position. There is no lever to pull; you have to push with your back and arms while seated in the chair. It takes a great deal of strength. Also, there’s no way to sit up in the chair and have your lower legs raised to the same height as your thighs. If I had been able to sit in the chair beforehand, I wouldn’t have purchased it.

Very nice and comfortable

I purchased two of these chairs in navy blue. The chairs are a true navy blue. They are heavy and we’ll built. Easy to assemble. They are big, soft and very, very comfortable. They look absolutely beautiful. I am extremely pleased with these chairs. Well worth the price.

My recliner was smashed during shipping. I'm not sure FedEx likes delivering extra large boxes with recliners in them! There is only one delivery person per truck. Can you imagine being the only person responsible for delivering a 108 lb box that measures a full cubic yard?? Next time, I'll buy my furniture from an actual furniture store that employs a pair of husky men to deliver the furniture and bring it in the house for me! Furthermore, we didn't realize it was broken until after we assembled it. Then we had to disassemble it, repackage it in the box, and use a whole roll of packaging tape to secure the huge box in preparation for FedEx to come back and pick it up. Ugh! Never again!

Easy to assemble. Comfortable. Perfectly matches the Wayfair loveseat I ordered previously.
