First time purchasing from wayfair because of the great prices. Purchase this recliner for over $300. Was delivered out the delivery window. Opened the box And immediately realized it’s not even the recliner I purchased. I purchased a brown recliner that looks nothing like the grey one I received. The stitching and the built of the recliner and size isn’t even the same. I specifically purchased the one I ordered because of the size and color to match other furniture in my house. I contacted the manufacturer, and they offered 20% money back or a refund. They contacted wayfair for the refund process and I’m responsible for disassembling this huge recliner and I’m responsible for sending it back when I could barely carry it three flights of stairs. This entire process could have been avoided if wayfair sent me the recliner I ordered. First time experience with wayfair and this is the result . Negligence of ensuring they sent me the correct recliner. I would not recommend shopping at wayfair. And I won’t be n the future. Very unsatisfied with there service and my shopping experience.

It's not faux leather it's a smoothe fabric you have to put arm rest in and they do not stay in they pull right up and come off. It's a smaller chair than I thought

We love these recliners! The leather is so soft!! I wish they rocked…. And they are a little smaller than expected, but very comfortable and look beautiful!
