Comfortable chair. The pillow-ie feel on the back is nice and firm. The seat is firm and no sag. The only problem I have with it is it can be hard to vacuum up stuff that gets caught in the pocket of the foot rest. I didn’t get the color I ordered, but not worth the hassle to try an send it back after unpacking it. It came very well packaged.
