Love these chairs (bought 2)! They're oversized and very comfortable...

From delivery service to customer service all kinds of problems and no direct communication from any of them. The recliner has several problems and a handyman I paid for could not even straighten the problems out with this recliner. Buyer beware.

It swivels. Preferred not to. Looks good.

Very difficult to open and close. I bought 2 and ended up giving them away.

Absolutely amazing chair! It’s so freakin comfortable I sit in it when my back is hurting something about the position. I’m usually a spread out on the couch kind of person but it’s so comfortable. It’s small but not too small just right for a large person and space saving! Can’t believe I got this as an open box deal.
