I bought this unit as well as the Brienne Armoire for a long wall. Parts came in damaged for this cabinet; however, they were quickly replaced. Putting it together wasn't too hard - just had to put the top on out of order because I wouldn't be able to assemble it and then lift it on top of the other cabinet - but it worked. Wasn't too hard to put it all together. I can't agree with all of the reviews - because its not cheaply made, very sturdy if you put it together correctly, instructions are easy enough, and looks great! Just had to paint the cabinet pulls black for my liking.

Horrible built quality. Low-quality material and difficult to assembly. This piece is a big disappointment!

The top cabinet is not secure at all, there is no way two small brackets hold it on. Added six screws to the base of it so it is secure.
