Beautiful piece in my smallish kitchen. Not a heavy looking island in that it is not bulky or space consuming. It is a great size for display, cooling or serving. The lower shelf is great for storage. It is well made and the marble is gorgeous. Several people have seen this and ordered one too. Couldn’t be happier with this. I needed help with assembly, but I am not good at this. It is not difficult but it is a heavy piece for me. Love this piece.

I love love love this island. I bought it as an extra prep space near my main sink for my grand baby to use for baking since the top is true marble. I also plan to put my copper pots, rolling pins, towels and bake ware on the shelves for convenience. Its also a great way to display my copper items without my kitchen being too cluttered.

This island is perfect for my small kitchen as it adds much needed work space while still being airy. It is elegant and functional! And I can sit at it with a bar stool!
