The bed arrived with both headboard and footboard damaged and one of the head posts completely broken in half. We were told the bed was on backorder which didn't work for us since we were re-doing a guest bedroom and are expecting guests at the same time the bed is to be restocked. We are greatly disappointed as this is a very pretty bed. The customer service representative was very friendly and helpful in letting us know about the backorder and immediately issued us a credit.
