The delivery was flawless. The 2 Wayfair personnel were very cordial and professional. They deliver my bed and set it up. I am very pleased with my purchase.

White glove delivery team would not move mattress and frame to put bed together. Sitting in pieces waiting for another crew to assemble after I move the king mattress and frame. 3 grown men couldn’t assist to ensure the bed could be installed on the assigned delivery date. No mention in the white glove information the room had to be empty for them to assemble. Very unhappy customer.

I am in love with this bed!! The wood grain and color is better than I expected. The upholstered portion is a lovely cream and most importantly NO SCRATCHES! Packed very well which is not always the case.
