Lit standard Aleidy

This was a horrible experience for me. Summary- I haven't been able to try the bed yet. I received two third of a bed (headboard and rail, but no footboard). I made four phone calls, two were dropped while I was placed on hold, and I spoke five different people over two days. I was told that I was going to have to pay for the missing part of the bed then I was told I was getting it for free now I am back to paying for it again. My bed room is uprooded, boxspring and matress on the floor, with the bed rails at the foot of the matress. I have the hearboard that is just under 100 lbs bungied to my stair railing out side of my 2nd floor bedroom, since the only place I can put it in my bedroom, while I wait for the rest of the bed to arrive, blocks my bathroom and I am afraid it will fall. I was told that it will take two weeks for the last piece to get here. I asked it they might ship it a faster way given my current state they said they would if I would pay for it. At one point I asked if I could just return it and they yes but I had to pay the shipping to send it back, even though I dind't have the entire bed. UPDATE: After 10 days I recieved the final piece. you can see in my picture that the protective foam sheet was left on while it was strapped to the railing. Once I removed it I noticed a relatively small dent in the top of the headboard. I don't want to deal with service again so I am going to just rub some stain on it at this point.
